Hi, I’m Anita - Helping Women Prioritise Health and Energy in Their Next Life Stage

There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping women reconnect with their well-being and feel good in their own skin again. Through my studies with Wellness Coaching Australia, and years of real-life experience, I’ve learned how powerful small, prevention-based steps can be.
I focus on women’s wellness, healthy aging, and improving your healthspan - using practical tools, coaching techniques, and a dose of positive psychology to help you move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.
